- We employ a three-check system to make sure that everything is arranged the way you want it. First, our scheduling coordinator will repeat your request back to you orally at the time you call to schedule. Later that day, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information as it has been entered into our system. Finally, the day before the deposition, we will call to confirm one more time to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- We assign you the same reporter whenever possible, so you have someone you’re comfortable with who is familiar with your working style. We’re there to ease your stress, not contribute to it.
- Unlike many agencies, we send all of our transcripts through a proofreader, who not only corrects for consistent spelling and punctuation, but also compares the transcript to the audio to provide one more safeguard for accuracy.
